A few weeks ago, I blogged about the New American Plate (NAP) Challenge. I do love a good contest, especially one I know I can win. So I signed up for this 12-week challenge to work on healthier eating and getting more exercise, to reduce my risk of cancer. The NAP challenge is sponsored by the American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR), and if you sign up through their site, they will send you weekly emails with healthy recipes and exercise tips to help you meet the challenge goals.
