Yes – You CAN Have A Lower Carb Thanksgiving!

Eeek!  Thanksgiving is just around the corner!  Time for turkey and stuffing.  And mashed potatoes, and stuffing.  And sweet potatoes and stuffing.  And cranberry sauce.  What’s the big theme with Thanksgiving?  For most people, it’s not about the turkey, it’s about all of the sides carbs.  Thanksgiving can be a tough one if you have diabetes, or if you’re trying to limit carbs.  It’s one of those days that it’s just really hard to practice portion control if the table is heaped high with lots of delicious high carb foods.
