Well, hello!  It’s been a while since I’ve posted.  Some of you know I’ve been knee-deep in a total kitchen renovation for the past few weeks, and I’m so happy to say – IT’S FINISHED!!  Well, there are a few minor odds and ends to tie up, like a door for my pantry and my glass cabinet fronts, but it’s 99% finished, and I. AM. IN. LOOOOVE.

Some people are into cars, others are into clothes and jewelry.  Me – it’s all about the kitchen.  It’s the heart of the home, and where I spend quite a bit of my time, so it’s got to be good. Continue Reading..


Workout Food -Chocolate, Banana, Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Let’s talk about sports nutrition today.  And if you’re not an “athlete” training for a marathon or triathlon or some other form of physical torture, stick with me here.  What I have to tell you applies to everyone who works out in any way, shape or form – hopefully that’s everyone.

I know many people who go on their run or to the gym on an empty stomach.  WRONG!  I also know many people who don’t eat after they work out because they don’t want to replace all of the calories they just burned off.  WRONG Again! Continue Reading..
