High Fiber Seeded Bran Muffins

They’re delicious and convenient for a quick and high fiber breakfast on the run.  They’re also great with a piece of fruit for an afternoon snack.  Did you know you should eat at least 25 grams of fiber each day?  One of these muffins has about 5 grams of fiber (and 6 grams of protein).  Try throwing in a handful of raisins or dried cranberries for even more fiber!
