Morning Glory Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Quaker Old Fashioned oats
  • ½ cup Quaker Steel Cut oats
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • pinch of Kosher salt
  • ½ cup shredded coconut unsweetened
  • ¾ cup golden raisins
  • 1 larte apple peeled, cored and grated
  • 2 medium carrots peeled and grated
  • 8 ounce crushed pineapple drained
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 2 cups fat free or low fat milk
  • ¾ cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together well in a large mixing bowl.
  • Transfer the mixture to a large lidded container. Alternatively, portion the mixture into 6 8-ounce mason jars or other individual serving containers.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
