Morning Glory Overnight Oats

- 1 ½ cups Quaker Old Fashioned oats
- ½ cup Quaker Steel Cut oats
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- pinch of Kosher salt
- ½ cup shredded coconut unsweetened
- ¾ cup golden raisins
- 1 larte apple peeled, cored and grated
- 2 medium carrots peeled and grated
- 8 ounce crushed pineapple drained
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups fat free or low fat milk
- ¾ cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix all ingredients together well in a large mixing bowl.
Transfer the mixture to a large lidded container. Alternatively, portion the mixture into 6 8-ounce mason jars or other individual serving containers.
Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
