Pina Colada Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 2 cups 1% milk or any non dairy milk
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or macadamia nuts
  • 8 ounces vanilla or plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl with a lid. Stir well to combine.
  2. Refrigerate overnight and up to one week.
