This fresh relish is a perfect side to chicken or turkey, or enjoy it stirred into oatmeal or yogurt.

bag fresh cranberries
with peel, washed, quartered, any seeds removed
sugar or sweetener of choice
I use half stevia and half sugar
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until relish is evenly chopped.
Refrigerate for 2-3 weeks, or freeze.
