Flu Fighter "Tea"

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 Tbs honey
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped peeled, fresh ginger
  • ½ teaspoon whole cloves
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
  • splash of cranberry juice

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes. Drain solids and pour tea into a mug.
