Flu Fighter "Tea"

Ingredients

cups
water

Tbs
honey
1
teaspoon
finely chopped
peeled, fresh ginger
½
teaspoon
whole cloves
1
pinch
cayenne pepper
2
Tbs
fresh lemon juice
splash of cranberry juice
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes. Drain solids and pour tea into a mug.
