  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup plain kefir
  • chia seeds, shredded coconut, chopped almonds


  • Place the frozen blueberries, banana, spinach, oats, and kefir into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 bowl and garnish with the chia seeds, coconut and chopped almonds.
