Sweet Chipotle Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds salmon filet
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder or less if you prefer less spicy
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions

  • Mix spices, sugar, salt and pepper together in a bowl until well combined. Rub over salmon and let sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  • Grill salmon to desired temperature.
