5-6sun-dried tomato halvespacked in olive oil with herbs
1cube Dorot garlic
2cubes Dorot basil
1/4 - 1/2cupolive oil
1/2teaspoonkosher salt or to taste
Place the beans, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and basil and about 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the bowl of a food processor and process to combine. Slowly add the additional oil until the desired consistency is achieved. Add the salt to taste and process until the dip is smooth.
Serve with pita chips, fresh vegetables, or as a sandwich spread. Store any leftover dip in a covered bowl in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
