Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup homemade cranberry sauce organic whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  • Combine the cranberry sauce, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, mustard, salt, and water in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Taste the dressing and extra salt if needed. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add one to two more tablespoons of water.
  • Store extra dressing in a covered jar in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.

Notes

This homemade dressing is a perfect way to use leftover cranberry sauce.
If you prefer a sweeter dressing, add maple syrup, one to two teaspoons at a time, until the dressing is sweet enough.
If you prefer a tangier dressing, add an extra tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
This recipe makes about 2/3 cup of salad dressing
